After you sign up for a consulting session, we’ll contact you to schedule the session (we can usually accommodate your session within 1 week of purchase). If needed, we are happy to expedite your session. For organizations with specific events and activities in mind, we recommend buying a longer session. Our consulting is most effective if we can audit and observe your organization in action to hone in on the specific challenges that you face. Conversely, consider the shorter sessions if you are looking for a high-level overview and some recommendations for improvement.
