When you are trying to make a soy-free dessert, you can’t get much better than these peanut butter cookies. They only have four ingredients and are simple to make. Since they have minimal ingredients, they are a great option for tailoring a dessert to other food requirements as well. Make them with Trader Joe’s peanut butter!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
What To Do
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well mixed.
- Place balls of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Push down on each ball with fork to make the classic peanut butter cookie criss-cross pattern.
- Bake 7-9 minutes, until light brown on the bottom.
