Soy-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

When you are trying to make a soy-free dessert, you can’t get much better than these peanut butter cookies. They only have four ingredients and are simple to make. Since they have minimal ingredients, they are a great option for tailoring a dessert to other food requirements as well. Make them with Trader Joe’s peanut butter!

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

What To Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well mixed.
  3. Place balls of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Push down on each ball with fork to make the classic peanut butter cookie criss-cross pattern.
  5. Bake 7-9 minutes, until light brown on the bottom.
