Soy-Free Kabobs Recipe

When we are dreaming of summer these soy-free chicken kabobs are the perfect meal. With few ingredients and a short prep time you’ll be thinking of summer evenings in no time. Enjoy on the skewer or over rice!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 lb. chicken breast

  • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 3 tbsp. coconut aminos

  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • Bamboo skewers

What To Do:

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.

  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.

  3. Combine coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, and honey to make marinade.

  4. Add chicken and marinade to plastic bag; shake gently to mix, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Thread chicken, pineapple chunks, and bell pepper pieces onto bamboo skewers.

  6. Grill over medium heat, 4-5 minutes per side, until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
