Food intolerance, allergy, and sensitivity coaching for individuals and families.
In each session, you and your coach will work together to discuss your unique situation, identify current challenges, and develop practical next steps for you to take. In your first session, we'll spend time reviewing your background and developing a big-picture plan for your food intolerance journey. After we develop the plan, later sessions will focus on specific aspects of this plan, current challenges and situations, and tangible actions that can be done to see immediate improvement. We keep sessions limited to 30 minutes to ensure that we stay productive and are respectful of your time. The best benefit from Beyond Soy coaching comes from multiple sessions. Meeting with your coach repeatedly enables you to further tweak your plan and learn from specific situations and challenges that you face in day-to-day life.
Once you sign up for a coaching session, we’ll contact you to set up a time to meet in person or via Skype. We recommend buying a multi-pack of sessions. Coaching is most effective over time when you can try things, review and debrief them, and then adjust your behavior accordingly. Sessions purchased as part of a multi-pack can be scheduled at your convenience; we recommend weekly or every other week.
